(opportunity)
I partnered with Denver-based real estate investment firm Knightbridge Capital to build and launch their formative brand platform. I aimed to create a distinctive visual identity and robust marketing approach to support their rapidly growing business.
(approach)
I created a comprehensive suite of brand and marketing assets across various platforms, including print, publication, web, and digital presentations, with a dynamic visual system to adapt with the company's growth trajectory. The aim was to establish a versatile, confident brand that reflects a trustworthy and experienced business expertise.
01 / Brand & identity
(the sky is the limit)
Before starting the design process, I conducted an in-depth working session with the client to understand their expectations, desires, and key drivers for success. The client expressed a clear vision for their logo - a crest-like badge serving as the company's formal brand seal. While having a focused direction was refreshing, it also posed a unique challenge in terms of creative limitations. The following displays the outcome of our collaborative process.
03 / Pitch decks
(spreading the word)
After establishing a formal brand system, the next step was to focus on scaling the business and increasing recognition through digital growth. I worked closely with the Knightbridge marketing and operations team to identify opportunities that would improve brand awareness and inform clients, stakeholders, and the public of their work. This included a comprehensive marketing pitch deck with brand templates and various web UI.
I developed multiple marketing pitch decks that the team used to interface with clients and close important deals. The challenge was to translate complex data into a visually engaging marketing narrative, while adhering to our newly established brand principles and design guidelines. Strategic iconography and symbology was utilized to simplify data and streamline messaging.
04 / uI Design for web
(liftoff)
At this stage of the project, I had already launched the Knightbridge brand with success, and the benefits of the system were already paying dividends. Although the client had not considered a website a priority at the time, I took it upon myself to create a conceptual interface pro bono to showcase the potential impact a website could have on their business.
