I served as the lead visual designer in a multi-stage effort to enhance aspects of the SAR+ business, from sustainability and equity to market strategy and design capabilities. My main challenge was collaborating with teams from various departments, including marketing, management, HR, and sustainability, to translate ambitious office initiatives into actionable practices.

Creating numerous impactful visual narratives to steer our company's growth was more than just making beautiful documents. I worked with writers and project leaders to transform complex strategies into clear and compelling graphic narratives. To achieve this, I used distinct and individual brand systems to anchor each unique approach.
Collaboration is an invaluable tool that a design team can leverage to tackle any project, as it enables the sharing of diverse, cross-disciplinary ideas and perspectives to achieve optimal results. These projects were no different, relying on a highly collaborative and inclusive design process with numerous team members and stakeholders. I was a designer within a larger team of writers and thinkers, all dedicated to the shared goal of informing and inspiring our peers.

2019 - 2020
Being the first publication after our brand refresh, this document was a chance to test our new graphic standards. It was a roadmap for guiding the firm's growth over the next five+ years, so it was crucial to capture our company values and aspirations engagingly. I played a key role in strategizing and visualizing various aspects of the document, including brand direction, design process, business vision, service expansion, and strategic markets.
02 / sustainability action plan
2020 - 2021
In collaboration with our sustainability specialist, I developed this document to kickstart our office's sustainability expansion plan. Drawing inspiration from the environment's colors and shapes, I designed a unique brand system that mimicked our world's natural richness. Custom icons were used for visual organization and wayfinding within the document.
03 / social justice label
2021 - 2022
The JUST label functions as a "nutrition label" for socially just and equitable organizations, aimed at enhancing workplace environments. With predefined language and principles, my role centered on graphic design. It was a chance to craft a fresh brand system using color, shape, and form to breathe life into a typically formal report. Collaborating with our HR team, I created a playful and engaging identity to add warmth and a calming touch to the document.
